Easy Alleppey Fish Curry Recipe

Ingredients

· Fish – 500g

· Shallots (small onion) – 60–70g

· Ginger & Garlic

· Green chillies

· Curry leaves

· Coconut milk (1st & 2nd milk)

· Raw mango or tamarind (as required)

Preparation Method

1️⃣Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, Add chopped ginger, garlic, sliced shallots, curry leaves, and green chillies until golden brown.

2️⃣Add Grain n Grace Alleppey Fish Curry Masala and cook for 1 minute. Add fish pieces, mango/tamarind, and second coconut milk. Cover and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes.
