How much batter can be prepared from one packet of 1 minute batter powder?
Ans: About 1.5 Ltr of batter can be prepared from one packet of 500g batter powder.
How much water should be added to prepare a perfect liquid batter?
Ans: Add 11/4 cup of water to 1 cup of powder to get the perfect liquid batter. Don’t make the batter too thick to match with traditional batter consistency. Making the batter too thick causes the products to dry out quickly. Prepare the batter as per the provided recipe. batter will have a slightly more flowing consistency compared to usual/traditional batters. Ensure that all the particles in the batter powder are mixed properly to attain a smooth flowing Consistency.
Do we need to keep the liquid batter for fermentation?
Ans: No. We can straight away prepare our favourite breakfast item once the batter is ready.
Why my Dosa/Appam is cracking/Idli is hard?
Ans:
Batter too thick than required: Correct the batter consistency-No need to match traditional batter consistency
Pan too hot: Check & correct the pan temperature (sprinkle little water to check)

Ans: No. Don’t keep batter too long (more than 30 minutes), it will affect the performance and taste of the product and we highly recommend preparing only what's required
Is fermentation required for the liquid batter?
Ans:No. The batter powder is developed using the innovative “Sour Batter Technology” in which the fermented batter is dehydrated in a controlled manner. so there is no requirement for fermentation.

Ans: No. The 1Minute minute batter powders do not contain any preservatives. Moreover, they do not contain any artificial colours or flavours too.

Ans: No refrigeration is needed. It can be stored in sealed cans at normal conditions.

Ans: There is no restriction of time or quantity. We can make even one dosa that too even on the middle of the night. It is equally useful for housewives, working professionals, bachelors, students etc.
How can chutneys be prepared using 1 Minute chutney Powder?
Ans: We can add one teaspoon of cold water to one teaspoon of chutney powder. Mix it and serve.
Can we add boiled water in hot condition to the powder?
Ans: It is advised not to add water in hot condition to the chutney powder. Slight warm or cold water which is previously boiled can be added to get our delicious chutney.
Do we need to add any other ingredients or temper chutney?
Ans: No. We can just add warm water, mix well and the super delicious chutney is ready to serve.
Do we need to boil the chutney once it prepared?
Ans: No, we need to add only slightly warm or cold water to the chutney powder and mix properly.
